Northernwood Digital provides website-related services including audits, rebuilds, hosting, maintenance, monitoring, and related digital support.

Scope of Work

Service scope depends on the selected package or agreed proposal. Work outside the defined scope may require additional approval and billing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, required content, approvals, and timely communication needed to complete the work.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.

Limitation of Liability

Northernwood Digital LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of services or website performance.

Payments

Project work, rebuilds, and maintenance services are subject to agreed pricing. Ongoing plans may be billed monthly. Failure to pay may result in service interruption or suspension.

Payment disputes / refunds

Payments for completed work are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Maintenance Plan Limits

Monthly maintenance plans are limited to the features and edit time included in the selected plan. Additional work outside the included scope may be billed separately.

Third-Party Platforms

Northernwood Digital is not responsible for outages, failures, or policy changes caused by third-party providers such as hosting companies, plugins, analytics services, or payment processors.

No Guarantee of Specific Results

While Northernwood Digital works to improve website performance, visibility, and conversion, no specific ranking, traffic, or revenue outcome is guaranteed.

Termination

Services may be ended by either party according to the agreed arrangement. Ongoing service access, hosting, or maintenance may stop if service is canceled or unpaid.

Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the completed website work, excluding proprietary systems, tools, or internal frameworks used by Northernwood Digital.
